These terms explain the rules for using myedu.lk. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and refund policy.
Your account
- You need a valid email address to create an account. Keep your password private — you are responsible for what happens on your account.
- An account is for one person. Please do not share your login.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Courses and access
- Free lessons and free courses can be used at no cost.
- Paid courses are a one-time purchase. The price and the access period are shown before you pay, and access starts when your payment is confirmed.
- We improve lessons from time to time. If you are already enrolled, the requirements for completing your course will not change without notice.
Payments
- Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). [Tax information to be confirmed.]
- Payments are processed by [payment provider to be confirmed]. A course is unlocked only after the payment provider confirms your payment.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Certificates
- A certificate of completion confirms that you completed a myedu.lk course according to its requirements. It is not an independent or official certification of English proficiency.
- We may revoke a certificate that was issued by mistake or obtained by breaking these terms. A revoked certificate shows as revoked when it is checked.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, sell or share course content outside myedu.lk.
- Do not try to access other people's accounts or disrupt the service.
- Be respectful in any messages you send to us or to other learners.
Our content
Courses, lessons, text, audio, video and images on myedu.lk belong to myedu.lk or to the people who licensed them to us.
Availability
We work hard to keep myedu.lk available, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time from your profile or through the contact page.
